Parind Parekh
CEO, Parinita Inc.
Holds an accounting degree from Seton Hall and an MBA, is a seasoned serial entrepreneur. Since 2000, Parind has created, built, and sold half a dozen Companies. His greatest strength lies in identifying a Company’s pain points and restructuring them into thriving enterprises. He has successfully turned around struggling businesses by raising capital, restructuring operations and costs, and most importantly, increasing revenue and profitability for numerous Companies, including startups.
Parind’s diverse entrepreneurial experience has provided him with valuable insights into various industries and financial models, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer. This expertise is now being applied to building a new group of Companies from the ground up. His passion for sales and marketing allows him to see the bigger picture, while his accounting background enables him to devise financial strategies that promote growth.
Anita Jain
Co-CEO and Chief Legal Officer, Parinita Inc.
Anita earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law and has been a practicing attorney for 27 years. She is now an equity partner at her law firm. Throughout her career, Anita has managed litigation in various areas of law, honing her skills as a strategic thinker while maintaining a conservative approach.
Chirag leads Parinita Inc.’s financial strategy, corporate development, and enterprise growth across the company’s core focus areas in AI infrastructure, edge computing, and intelligence‑as‑a‑service. In his dual role as CFO and CBO, he shapes the organization’s long‑term direction, ensuring disciplined execution, operational clarity, and strategic alignment across its technology ventures.
With more than 17 years of cross‑industry leadership spanning financial services, aviation, banking, supply chain, and retail, Chirag brings a distinguished record in enterprise transformation, operational modernization, and large‑scale technology execution. His public‑facing leadership reflects Parinita Inc.’s commitment to building resilient, future‑ready technology businesses and advancing accessible, high‑performance AI capabilities nationwide.
Shane Ronan serves as Chief Technology Officer of Parinita Inc., where he leads the technical architecture, engineering direction, and technology strategy across AI infrastructure, edge computing, and intelligence-as-a-service. With over 25 years of experience architecting mission-critical networks and infrastructure for the telecommunications and financial services industries, Shane brings a rare depth of expertise spanning AI systems integration, large-scale network architecture, and secure infrastructure design. Prior to joining Parinita, he spent nearly four years as Principal Architect, Telco Solutions at Red Hat, directing the architecture and implementation of a $40 million telco vendor solutions lab spanning Samsung, Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Arista, Fortinet, and Palo Alto platforms, and designing integrations between Red Hat OpenShift and 5G Core software.
Earlier in his career, Shane spent over five years at Verizon as a Distinguished Engineer and Architect, where he architected a "Single Pane of Glass" platform consolidating more than 40 legacy management applications and earned a U.S. patent (US-11558363-B2) for automated cell site provisioning technology. His background also includes senior technology leadership roles at State Street Global Exchange, CIT Group, and Financial Asset Trading and Technology of California, where he built and managed global low-latency, high-frequency trading networks and led engineering teams across international markets. Shane's leadership as CTO reflects Parinita Inc.'s commitment to building resilient, high-performance AI infrastructure and advancing accessible, next-generation computing capabilities nationwide.
Anthony (Tony) Ramos, CISM
Head of Cybersecurity & IT, Parinita Inc.
Tony leads Parinita Inc.'s cybersecurity and IT function, scaling the enterprise security program across the company's product, infrastructure, and corporate environments and embedding security-by-design into the development of Parinita's sovereign AI fabric. His remit spans security engineering and operations, product security, risk management, and compliance — including vulnerability management, cloud security architecture, incident response, and third-party and supply-chain security — aligned to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2, alongside the broader IT systems and operations that support Parinita as it scales toward general availability.
With more than 20 years of cybersecurity and technology leadership across hyper-growth, IPO, and M&A environments, Tony brings a proven record of building high-performing security functions from the ground up — including founding a 24/7 Security Operations Center, leading enterprise-wide SIEM/SOAR modernization, and cutting after-hours security on-call toil by 85% as Head of Security Engineering at Robinhood. Earlier, he led global detection and incident response programs at eBay, transforming an underperforming team into a high-performing, metrics-driven organization and improving mean time to resolve incidents by roughly 87%.
A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Tony's leadership reflects Parinita's commitment to building AI infrastructure that is secure, auditable, and trustworthy by design.
Paul is an experienced information security and technology leader with more than two decades of experience managing cybersecurity operations, data loss prevention, compliance, and IT teams. His background includes leading enterprise security programs, implementing Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS initiatives, managing regulatory and client audits, conducting forensic investigations, and overseeing security and technology projects for organizations in the financial services sector.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Cybersecurity Operations/Director of Data Loss Prevention at cxLoyalty, a JPMorgan Chase company. Paul brings extensive compliance experience that plays a key role in preparing Parinita Inc. to build customer trust by demonstrating that sensitive customer information is properly protected through strong security controls, compliance practices, audits, and data protection programs.
Tejas Shah
Investor Relations, Parinita Inc.
Tejas Shah brings a unique blend of rigorous analytical training and academic experience to her role in investor relations. In addition to her work advising and engaging with investors, Tejas has a background in academics.
Her academic background gives her a distinctive edge in translating complex technical and quantitative concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors — a skill especially valuable in "AI infrastructure and deep tech" workspace. Tejas combines this technical fluency with a deep understanding of financial markets and investor communications to help bridge the gap between innovation and capital.
Shreesh oversees day-to-day business operations for the executive team at Parinita Inc., ensuring seamless organizational execution. As the primary liaison and first point of escalation, he provides strategic oversight and cross-functional leadership across Operations, Technology, Finance, and Human Resources — aligning departmental goals with the company’s overarching direction and serving as the definitive point of resolution for complex, high-level challenges.
With 15 years of experience spanning Product Management, Portfolio Management, and Client Management, Shreesh brings a robust executive skill set to drive organizational growth. Prior to joining Parinita, he served as MD & CEO (Global Operations) at VTech2U LLC, an Atlanta, Georgia-based technology firm. His expertise includes overseeing end-to-end product lifecycles, optimizing business portfolios for sustainable growth, fostering strategic client partnerships, and streamlining internal processes to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
